Touch and hold your Lock Screen, then tap Customize and choose Lock Screen. Tap the widget area below the clock, find Self Love and tap it to add it. Tap Done to save.

How do I add Self Love to my Home Screen?

Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap the + button in the top-left corner and search for Self Love. Pick a size, tap Add Widget, then tap Done.

Is Self Love free?

Yes, it is free to download and use. Four topics are always free (Calm, Confidence, Gratitude and Self-Worth), plus one extra topic that changes every day. Widgets, reminders, streaks and your own affirmations work without paying.
